My name is Betty.
WORLD TRAVELER, ENTREPRENEUR, AND STAR WARS FAN
Born in Vietnam and raised in California, I spent much of my life in Silicon Valley pursuing a corporate career until 2016, when I took a leap and moved to Los Angeles and founded Nomoon Travel. That first venture ignited a passion for entrepreneurship and led to the launch of other travel-focused brands, including Tulum Yachts and Go Tulum Travel.
Since then, I’ve explored some of the world’s most extraordinary destinations, from the Arctic and Galápagos Islands to Patagonia and the Faroe Islands. Now semi-retired, I split my time between LA and Tulum while managing my brands and day trading. I also mentor through the Cal Alumni community and, for fun, suit up as a Stormtrooper with the 501st Legion.
